How to Choose a Sound EB-5 Project?

ILW book chapter

I would like to express my sincere thanks to immigration attorney Ms. Becky Fu Von Trapp. Becky successfully helped me obtain the EB1-B outstanding Professor and Researcher immigration Visa approval in less than 10 days after we submitted the full application. Becky was extremely professional, accessible and knowledgeable. She not only provided insightful guidance to me and my employer on how to prepare for the application documents that meet the legal requirements (more than 3 pounds of printed supporting documents were prepared in three months), but also developed a great strategy to secure important recommendation letters and drafted excellent petition letter that reflected my academic achievements. Most importantly, Becky is very empathetic for my situation and went above and beyond with her great immigration legal knowledge and skills for my application. I would recommend Becky to anyone without hesitation.
